1. Product Specifications; Dimensional Tolerances

• All furniture dimensions are guaranteed to be within ± 1/8 inch of the dimensions provided in the technical drawings. This tolerance accounts for (i) the inherent variances associated with handmade/custom-manufactured furniture and (ii) natural material movement, including expansion and contraction that occurs as a result of changes in temperature and humidity.

2. Lead Time

• Manufacturing lead time is provided as an estimate only and is not guaranteed. The estimated lead time will be approximately eight weeks from the date the customer’s approved technical drawings are received by Teravara.
• Teravara insures that every reasonable effort will be made to complete the order within the given time frame

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges vary by order and may depend on, without limitation:
• the size and dimensions of the piece;
• the customer’s preferred delivery method
• whether the item can reasonably be produced in a knock-down format; and
• whether the customer selects white-glove delivery service.
• All shipping fees and outstanding balances are due in full prior to the piece being shipped.

4. Deposits and cancellations

• Customers may select one of the following deposit options:
• 50% Deposit Option: A fifty percent (50%) deposit is nonrefundable upon order cancellation
• 100% Deposit Option: If the customer pays a deposit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the order total, the customer may receive a partial refund only in the amount of fifty percent (50%) upon cancellation.

5. Customer Acknowledgement

• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of sale stated above.
